I KNOW this is still in alpha, I'm just stating the things that I don't exactly like and hope are improved.

The AI.. now I know banger racing is supposed to be aggressive.. but the AI aren't that.. they're just plain dumb. They run into walls and slam into corners at full speed.. they plow through you like you don't exist. I hope to see them improved soon.

The Damage.. the damage models are really good and the sounds are amazing.. I'm more annoyed at the still existent issue that has plagued both this game and the previous. When the front end of your car is pushed in beyond the front wheels.. any head on damage you could have done is severely cut. You have to gain insane speeds to do any damage at that point.
It almost feels like the cars wheels absorb all the damage.

And thats really it.. I don't have much to complain about. I know the game will be fun, I trust the devs.
Also the performance patches are a great pleasure to see. I can now play the game on medium texture settings (8GB VRAM is a curse) WITHOUT DLSS at averaging 60 FPS. Where as before I'd get 20-30 fps REGARDLESS if I had DLSS on or off.
Very pleased to see the improved performance which is why my only two issues aren't deal breakers for me, I'm sure the devs know of or will listen to feedback.

Still.. for any NEWCOMER to Wreckfest.. I wouldn't recommend this game in its current state, come back when its out of alpha. Instead play the first game for the time being, it will be a much greater first time experience.
