Better off waiting for a bit Shella, the mod still has some bugs they need to work out. I stopped playing and uninstalled FO4. Since Cyberpunk 2077 is coming out in a few weeks and I am just burnt out playing FO4. The game loop was becoming stale even with the mods I was using. SS 2 is currently on chapter 1 for now, so best option is wait until they bring back self building cities for SS2.

some people still blinded on romance of communism which grant everything but give nothing. look at history is well enough to show the downfall of soviet. recommend read 1984 novel, it not just fictional story but a warning which come true now.
