This is a truly great experience which was worth waiting for, and I'm very much hoping for re-experiencing all kinds of Source Engine games/mods we grew up with in the future, there is endless possiblities for where this can be taken next! The spectator features also made it easier for friends to watch, so that is a huge plus alongside the incredibly stable preformance and great controls and super fun gameplay/story!
Try it out if you have VR, or if not, then buy VR or consider it for the future, It is something neat to have on the side.

I can safely say the usage of Blender allowed me to learn many things not just about modelling, but about taking part in awesome projects and working with great people that I look up to. Learning this program is very rewarding, and it can offer so much for game developers and VFX artists too. It's incredible that It's free in the current market, where subscription model is the norm. Fully customizable + has countless community resources available for it (videos/plugins), great for individuals and companies. Highly recommended to learn it, even if you're not a modeller, it can be very helpful for so many things beyond 3D as well (grease pencil for 2D stuff).
