Really great game and gameplay
- Heroes a lot of fun things can happen with Seasonal Bonus and such
- Good spells and good ultimates, most of them are balanced and not as many unbalanced or just straight out BAD
- Good skin store HOPEFULLY you can earn blue shards easier in future and not only the ach that you can do gets u max 1600 or what it is ( Have not counted all ). But I hope they thought of something

Some bad things:
- Battlepass is lacking in many aspects but still has decent skins. Just not enough for the points you can gain. I started 1 week ago or something and already have unlocked all skins and the end picture. And now have 1.2k just laying there dusting up. Maybe some exchange 1k Purple Currency = 100 Blue gems
- The lag is unbearable as of now. You get a lag spike for 10-15 seconds then it just stops and runs smooth. Happens atleast once every 2-3 matches ( I have 3070, AMD 5800x ). So not really my PC's fault ).
- In graphics settings adding a small video/picture of what difference they add to the game while changing them would be good. Like "ultra changes this and have normal show the other" Since it is confusing for some people with the text on it all
- Level rewards would be good as now you only get XP and I think there is no level badge upgrade like some other games have

Ranked:

- Really good system with it all but is not enough information and maybe a bit too little of rewards for it all. Icons, and some more things would be cool different skin colors for what rank. Maybe some gold weapons or some other stuff
- I want to have a "END-DATE: xxxx-xx-xx" there so I know how long i have left to get gold to get that skin, title and what else rewards there is
