+Likable squad members with pretty distinct roles. Not everyone can be your war goddess with mosin-nagant, but everyone is essential.
+Satisfying progression. Skills, passives, weapong upgrades, equipment, consumables. From the very first mission and until the very end you grow stronger and your options expand. On the other side even the most basic enemy Ivan the Soldier does some workout between missions and refuses to become irrelevant and non-threatening.
+Good variety of enemies, all having an elite version that can easily punish you if you are not careful.
+Again - consumables. Never have I played the game where placing trip mines, remote control bombs, tear-gas, smoke, flashbangs and EMPs is so satisfying. Watching an elite squad of invisible special forces choke to death because they cant leave your minefield. Damage, crowd control, turrets, barricades, decoys - you have everything you need.
+Straightforward story. Even if you haven't played Girls Frontline and doesn't know the lore you can understand what is going on. You know what you have to do - make out of Caucasus Mountains alive. But how will you do it? And who survive in the end?
+Visual novel part of the game has some great CGs and backgrounds. And Chibi models are EXTREMELY expressive.
+Mission variety. From normal extermination and boss fights to stealth, base defences, guerilla warfare, puzzles, almost every map offers some fresh idea or gimmick.
+Secrets! Secret collectibles, secret skips, secret options to make the level 10x easier.

+/- Stealth. Not gonna lie, it really depends on the map. Some of it is fun and challenging, some of it requires you to savescum every turn for an hour to achieve "the intended" way if you want to get your S-rank. And until chapter 4 you usually dont have the means to go guns blazing instead. Thank god we have Mendo and his silencing strike.

- Now I am frustrated that Girls Frontline 2 doesn't use any of Reverse Collapse ideas in map and enemy design.
