Injured ligament in my foot. Black spot under my ankle ball and swelling up to my calf since January. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my running routine. I used to run 30 miles a week. It’s gotten better since I was baptized a few weeks ago (not even joking) so hopefully I can get back to it soon. I miss going for 10 mile runs.
