Amazing game, beautiful art style. At first you think you are just putting rooms in a house to get to the other side, but slowly starting to learn more about the rooms, the secrets, the lore and then it gets addictive. One more run. One more secret. One more puzzle to solve. The RNG could probably get frustrating for some, but for me that makes the game fun. While it can really mess a great day up, it can also sometimes suddenly all go in your favour. While I finished the "objective", there is still so much more to do and that also made me very happy, being able to continue on the journey I was on or even start all over again and then the game will also be totally different.

Seeing a planet go from dusty to blooming and all because of what you are doing and finding in the game. No monsters, no rush if you don't want to. Exploring changes every time because the surroundings change. You still need to survive, but if you prepare well that should not be too hard and the penalties aren't too harsh if you do. You can change spawn place or even the planet if you want to replay. Really fun game!

I waited a bit with this review to see if I would keep enjoying it and I do! It´s a great combo of a lot of games I like. I´m actually surprised not more people are playing this. It´s so fun to walk around acting like an NPC and thinking every NPC could potentially be a player. The NPC are really well coded and make you doubt yourself a lot. I could see some improving in the way gun fights go and people rushing the objective, but overall I´m having a great time. Also a game where you can be a toilet is always a plus!

Is it a hype? Probably. Worth the hype? YES!

Such a little gem game. Someone recommended it to me and I had no idea what it was about. An hour after I finished it, I still feel like crying. For many reasons. I did not think a game like this could do that. Now listening to the song over and over. Highly recommend this too <3

This game is really fun to play and will not get boring easy, but the best part is the workshop stuff made by the community. Campaigns, skins, sounds, models etc. are still added regularly and make the game still worth playing.

I didn't want to play this game at first, because I saw videos and they already scared me... I'm that person that loves horror movies, but is also scared to watch them. First few games my heartbeat was the same as the in-game one and I was just a panicking girl running all over the map. Slowly got used to the sounds, the darkness, the scares and the cruel scenes :P and I love it. It's like playing in a horror movie or even be the horror yourself. I love playing as Michael Myers and sneaking up on people and scare the crap out of them. As a survivor I like it the most when the whole team tries to escape and does everything to make that happen.

Now about bugs, waiting time, content, I know there is still a lot of things that have to be fixed or are not what all players want or need, but I don't feel at all that makes the game unplayable right now, at least not for me. I hope they fix the SWF waiting time, that's the only thing for me now that takes a bit of the fun away.

Edit: 1000 hours later and I'm still in love with this game. Still get jumpscared sometimes by a Michael stalking me, a hag trap I didn't see, a bell suddenly ringing behind me, a Billy chainsawing me from the other side of the map, or even by survivors when I'm playing killer and suddenly bump into a crouching Claudette in the corn or open a closet to get a hatchet and see the face of a Dwight. This is a game you can keep playing because there are so many ways to play it. Also I play for fun, if you are playing a bit competetive the game can be a bit frustrating ;)

Edit 2: 3000 hours later and I'm still addicted to this game. There is always something that keeps me coming back. Whether it's an event, a new chapter, grinding or just the nice people I do meet a lot in this game. I still play this game for fun and then it stays fun I guess ^^ Still highly recommend.

This game just looks amazing to me. I don't know what it is that gives it such a realistic feeling but it does and it made us just want to run/drive/swim around to explore or just sit somewhere and watch it get night. Sometimes forgot there were mutants in the game, untill we needed things or heard weird noises. I can talk about the things not right/ready yet, but none of them actually bothered me that much. I've seen full games way worse. The details they added to the game I really loved. The cities all look different and the way they have been left looks very real as well. The fact that some loot almost blends in with the environment is nice. The river and the sea with sound, the rain on the road, the sand that gets muddy. The thunder sounds with wolves in the background. The rising sun. Footsteps on the beach. The fact that I was alone and scared in the woods and heard noises and it was a little squirrel. A deer appearing on the road. Rats and flies near garbage piles. If you like this kind of detail, you will love this game.

I have 3500+ hours played so far, made 1500 screenshots, 200 videos, did not yet try half the possibilities this game has to offer and not even close to being bored with this game. The end ~(=^‥^)/

After episode 3 Im totally sold. You get sucked into the story and the decisions you have made. Yes, you can rewind things you have done wrong to sometimes even making it worse. Or there is just no right decision to make. But a lot of times it's really nice to rewind some things, try it again or clean up your mess. Also the music in the cutscenes is really great. Can't wait for the next episodes
