I been a star trek fan (Trekki) for as long as i can remember from a child and seen every episode of every series and generation and any of the shows props used in the series, which got me into buying ALL star trek games that has ever been released.

Now we come to Star Trek Online (Agents of Yesterday) i played this game to some great length and have become addicted to the game, I find the graphics is out of this world and into the next one and the missions and gameplay keeps you on your toes,

One of the advantages of this game is you can upscale your ships with new ships and weapons and equipment to fit your needs to complete any mission or task at hand and the sound is fantastic with 5.1 speakers there is hundreads of ships to choose from and from all the races in the shows, and you can change uniforms and much much more.

If you are a (True) star trek fan like myself then this game you will love and enjoy for years to come as it lives up to expectations of what star trek truly is.

Downside...is you will need to use real money to buy zen credits to buy most of the best ships and crews unless your lucky to get a ship from a locked box which in any case you will need to have a key to open the box which you have to buy with zen credits anyway, also you can register on this game with a payed membership that gives you some perks such as 500 zen credits (FREE) once every month to help you to get truly into this game and more.

I think if you are interested in investing some cash into this game to get the best items then you will enjoy it much more, i also think some of the items you buy for zen credits is somewhat overpriced as 1200 zen credits cost around £8.00 GBP or around $12 and 1200 zen credits can go very fast but it can buy you 1 basic ship as most of the best ships cost over 3000 zen credits and bare in mind your new ship will only have the basic equipment installed you will need to upgrade your weapons and consols to make it a supership.

But in saying all this you can always wait until the game has sales and buy those much wanted items much cheaper but until then you will have to grind away to achieve anything but to a true trekki it would of been worth it.

I find this is a better game then most sci.fi games including ELITE but i hope the devs decide to reduce their prices a bit so it will attract more players to play the game.
