Welcome to the 29th Infantry Division Rising Storm Public Group. This steam group will be used to keep you, the public player, up to date with 29th related events within Rising Storm.

The 29th ID has a long history within many different games. Since it's activation on March 14th, 2005, the 29th ID has come to be the largest Realism Unit with over 250 members. Through training and discipline have we gotten to where we stand today. With new members, returning members, and even veteran members from nearly 6 years ago, we continue growing stronger by the day.

Search and Destroy Tournament - Signups open!

Hello all.

The 29th ID will be hosting a Search and Destroy tournament for the RO2/RS community. I have made a thread in the TWI forums General Discussion board with all the details: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=103517

Although most players have not played Search and Destroy much, it's a great gametype and it's perfect for competitive play. It's also very easy to get into and it's very rewarding.

We've set up a server running SnD exclusively so that new players have a place to try the gamemode and so that players that will take part in the tournament has a place to brush up their skills.

So rally your friends, make a team and get ready for some good times playing competitive Search and Destroy!
