I just completed level 99 multiple times and still no achievements for beating the level but i have for level 98 and 100 and all the others so far and i have tried to restart the game multiple times and still nothing.

I just completed the first five levels and the only achievements that unlocked were the three for getting 1, 2, and 3 stars. None of the achievements for completing those specific levels unlocked.

Others had the same issue and according to the global achievement stats there´s more people with the achievement for 200 than for 198 ;) ... something just doesn´t seem to work as intended. I´ve completed each arcade mode level and ended the game via the menu. Unfortunately the last achievement of each 99 level block doesn´t show up. When I played levels 95 to 105 I´ve gotten all but the lvl 99 achievement after going in the menu. Same for 198. For 297 I don´t even get a star since it drops back to...

Is there a way to get it back or edit the save data?

Can I ask why the game doesn't display how many remaining moves you have left to use on any given level...? This seems strange to me (?) Because it's impossible to know how well you are progressing until you actually lose (or win). So perhaps this is something to consider implementing in a future update....
