I didn't like the presentation with no proper intro and the minimally drawn anime schoolgirls. I didn't like there were so many options and tutorial screens before getting into the game itself. I didn't like the story or lack thereof with the nonsensical monologue interludes between levels. I didn't like the limited number of levels (5) and short length of around 45 minutes for one run. And I didn't like the high difficulty and barrages of bullets that sometimes seemed unavoidable without the activated Graze counter.

However, I kind of liked the tight controls and the gameplay, the grazing gimmick in particular where you gradually built up a gauge that gave you a super laser beam and invincibility. It was quick to recharge with admittedly exciting risk and could be used to survive when the screen got too busy, which alleviated something I hate in bullet hells. That being said, normal difficulty was too much for me. I'm not going to recommend unless you're a fan of that genre, unless you get it cheap and to counteract the high percentage of very positive reviews, something I find misleading. Besides, there's a newer, better version that exists called Graze Counter GM.
