Hey guys! Loving the game so far! I just started working on the liver, but now my frame rate has dipped to about 25-30 fps on low. I've tried reducing the resolution to 1024x768 to see if it would help, and it only brought it up to 29-34. I couldn't find a thread about this, and I think it may be an issue my end, but is there something I'm doing wrong? I can't get 60fps anywhere. :( Thank you!...

Currently stuck on the Cattle Boy mission in the heart. There is a syringe waypoint icon on the ground, but can't figure out what to do. There are the of those snake-like things nearby but can't kill them either. Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?...
