Due to the game being open sourced and now open for anyone to control or run servers in freely i took up the job for hosting a server for it. That said i have already updated several nice things, and mechanic overhauls. I get this error when I click on "Connect".

When I try to "Connect" to a game when "Play Local" is selected, I get the following error: "Out of time request: GetAuthTicket() from Steam" I found other forum posts reporting this error, but I couldn't find steps to take to fix the issue. Can anyone help?...
