I have tried various things for three hours, but I cannot reach the good ending. Has anyone reached it?

One of the opening screens say "the serial number on the back is A6928F" I dont recall is that the exact number, but anyone know if thats for somehting? Im 2 achievements short and I THINK i've done all i can obviously do, except going through the nightmare mode without sacrificing even once...
