Do ribbons carry over to new game+?

Due to the steam deck x desktop cloud issue, I lost my savefile. I was in Tower of Babil, right before the boss. Anyone got a savefile around that part? Can be a little earlier or before it, doesn't matter as long as it's not too far from that. I know there are NG+ files around there, but I'd like to finish the game with a clear file first. Thanks on advance :)...

Getting average of like 1 tail (0.4%) drop per 200-300 kills. And yes I have treasure hunter augment on, I am starting to suspect hard mode has worst drop rates.

I have most of the versions of IV, but what version is better to play, has best graphics, or is just funner than the others? (You may only vote once, so think it through before you vote.)

Like.. question I got (I have read the guides and am still somewhat confused, so bear with me) is I always see the 'give so and so blah blah then u get blah blah back' so... For twins as example, every guide says give them item lore and auto potion (and curse) but.. just again cuz am lost here, bear with me, lets say u had counter instead,and u give them counter + auto potion + curse, (and not item lore) does this 'fail' and u do not get the augments? or does it count as the 3 given between the twins?
