Way more tedious and unfun than the first one. Clearly made for co-op which I hate

First impression of this game isn't that good and I haven't even started playing. Game starts windowed mode, but not even centered, then it wants you to change the gamma settings, but says that it won't be able to show a difference in windowed mode. Well then start it in fullscreen? Anyway, I like my games windowed, so I chose my desired window, restart the game and it starts in the top left corner of the screen. I can drag it to the middle everytime, but that shouldn't be happening.

I was thinking about playing using mouse and keyboard, but the mousecontrols in the menu, were already really wonky. Much slower than the system mouse and it doesn't start and stop moving instantly either.

So I switch to controller, only to see that it only has one setting for inverted controls? Only the Y axis? Why do developer do this? If you do Y, also give an X axis invert option? None of this makes any sense. So I gotta go and change that through steams controller settings, as otherwise I am not even able to start playing. Ingame I feel like the controllers camera doesn't feel good either.

So I change back to mouse and keyboard, but ingame the mousespeed is actually much higher. So I turn down the sensitivity ingame, but turn it up in the menu, to even somehow be able to use basic features of this game. Nothing feels good, but no matter, I want to play.

So after being able to start playing, I notice that the game basically doesn't teach you anything. No tutorial, no explanations on how to change weapons, how to repair them, how to trade, how to upgrade, what the levels mean, nothing. You will figure it all out, but I don't like having to check controls to even find out which buttons open which menu and how to use your flashlight and so on. The game should be telling you this in the intro. The first whole level is basically a prologue made for that. But it doesn't do anything other than say "hit stuff"

Thats pretty much all the game is about though. Obviously with an zombiegame like this, "hitting things" is whats to be expected, but when the movement feels as clunky as it does here, it doesn't feel good to play. Also I believe the game is bugged, as I don't know why, but after just an hour of collecting drops of 5-50$ I suddenly had 500k and lost 50k per death. No idea where I got that from, but being able to constantly buy and upgrade everything feels weird. I think I've seen enough in just over 6 hours. Nothing in this game feels good. Not the shooting, not the punching, not the walking, not the driving... Well maybe how the zombies lose their limbs, but it feels random when it happens. I think I have gotten this for free like 2 years ago and just decided to give it a go. I am so happy that I have not spent my own money on this.
