I just bought the game and just downloaded it I can still play and I want to play for the second time and now I can no longer start up how can I solve that so that I can play again

i just got this game today along with bejeweled 2 for my main pc (my distro is bazzite) and my steam deck, and no matter what i do, i can't get 3d accel to turn on at all, i can go to the setting and it seems like itll enable when i click on it and restart the game, but after all of that, it just wont stay on at all, i've tried using diff proton versions, typing PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% in launch settings, even tried using lutris and i just couldnt get it to turn on at all, does anyone know how to fi...

Just upgraded to Windows 10 & now the game crashes when I try to launch, it's the only game in my library that does this anyone know what is going on?

why does POPCAP, a company owned by EA, being treated so poorly?! why won't EA just fix these titles for modern audiences? why do they allow the 3D Acceleration to stay broken? [as in, unregisterized for modern computers because only old computers had the capacity to run the game properly. why don't they just update the games, and why did EA buy POPCAP if they weren't going to do anything with the company, anyway? why don't they relicense the games and update them? why do they decide to stay mobile only...
