I am extremely sad to leave a bad review, because I ADORED what I was able to play of this game. Unfortunately I was repeatedly getting a game breaking bug that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere online. I emailed the devs about it months ago with screenshots and haven't heard anything back.

(for those wondering, whenever I try to open any save file the screen goes black and shows me a bunch of code that I can't exit out of. If you've experienced this and have a fix PLEASE let me know, this game is amazing and I want to experience it)

Taking place in an accursed middle age Slovakia, Felvidek makes you play as a drunk men looking for his wife while discovering occult secrets with your monk bro. This is a very charming and pleasant game, with old school graphics that really gives it a cool vibe troughout this fairly short adventure. The mystery unfolds in a cool way and the story really managed to keep me engaged even tho i really struggled reading the old medieval english text as a non native english person. The characters are very cool and funny, espiecially the 2 protagonists, Pavol and Matej. All of this is carried by a very good soundtrack wich kinda makes me think of the one from the Hylics games.
This game still has some stumbles tho, espiecially with the figths that are really basic rpgm stuff. Its slow, not very engaging or dynamic and it really lacks of strategy. I find it cool that our team is often stuffed by new characters troughout the story. There is also a few things during the game that really makes you feels it really holds together with ducktape, like some characters having different skin on the map and in the actual dialogue case or weird colision issues.
Overall this is a really solid game with a real identity and some great characters in it.
