Its the only meta level i have left (ive also solved all the other ones, i assume taking two maxwells through level 9-7 or 9-11 is an important part of it, and then you somehow pull on the piston to make it blue again? This lets you nutralize and then blue the 3 red blocks which lets you blue the block above it? i just dont see how i could ever achieve that....
