Game is fun, but discord mods and admins are not helpful and are outright dismissive of the communities concerns. Any legitimate concerns that were brought up in the server regarding a possible security breach were treated poorly and with a level of support that could make Comcast customer service seem decent in comparison.

The issue in multiplayer with store names being changed by an outside third party happened to my store (which has already been addressed in a review left by my friend). I was left feeling pretty violated and unsafe playing this game. What makes this even worse is the response the devs and Reddit/Discord mods have been putting out. Claiming this is essentially players doing this themselves is the most victim-blamey response I've ever seen from content I've consumed. Addressing it on Discord gets you banned, and addressing it on Reddit gets your post locked. I've committed over 200 hours to this game. I loved it so much, and I hate to feel like I need to leave it behind for this. If the developers and mods take our concerns seriously and actually look into what's happening with whatever they're using for multiplayer (third party mod or otherwise) and fix it to make it more secure for players AND issue an apology to the players who just tried to bring a concern to their attention, I may revisit.

I've spent a good amount of hours on this and truly ;love this game. However, recently there seems to be someone hacking into the game to change the store name. Mods aren't taking it seriously on discord or reddit. It's heartbreaking because I really like this game but no longer feel safe playing it.
