CRT effects.

Just bought and played for 3 stages, enjoyed a lot. Then when I QUIT game and went back to Windows 11 desktop, the whole screen became darkened. I am using HDR setting in Windows 11 and my monitor. Everything was fine until that moment. I RESTART the Windows 11 and everything becomes normal. So I am pretty sure the culprit was this game. It has messed around some display / HDR setting of Windows 11?...

Hi, I've had this game in my library for a couple of months now but I've never been able to launch it. I've reached out to the game makers (as instructed by Steam) maybe like a month ago but they haven't answered. Anyone else has had this problem?
