That said, calling this a 'simulator' is generous: there's no plumbing, no electrical work, no wood framing, and you're locked into hip roofs with no basements or multi-story options beyond two floors, which feels limiting fast. The 10 contracts go by quickly and the money system is completely pointless since you never come close to running out, making the career side feel like an extended tutorial rather than a real progression loop. The annoying robot companion and some janky UI elements (especially furniture placement) add friction that wears on you over time.
