I can't recommend the game more if you do the following -

Open your steam library, find the game, go to properties and under "Game versions and betas" choose ASE : pre-aquatica. Dont even start a game without doing this... Then optional, if you want to save space, prevent steam from installing all the DLCs (or at least those you know you wont play) they take around 260GB while base game is 130GB (you will find this in properties under DLC tab) big W for your storage
