It seems that Steam only has vol.1 and 2, so what about 0 and 3? They are not on Steam?

I bought both volumes on the winter sale, now I somehow cant access the store page anymore. If I try it on the browser it tells me, "This product is in your country unavailable".

Completely missing, the game only has 1 instance where a choice can be made, and getting through both in under 30 minutes is entirely possible if all you want are the gallery entries. But, having done so twice, they still aren't showing up.
