When I start the game, I can get as far as "Please help" (maybe a minute in, still in the alley). Then the program shuts down with a window citing "NG has stopped working. crash dump has been generated". Please Help!

I have the problem where the sound sometime is off and the 2 sound track just keep clashing with each other. Like, when the new sound track for the new scene plays, the old one of the previous scene still keeps playing instead of stop. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix?
