Game Is Reading Correct Key Inputs As Incorrect

I bought this game for my daughter and it's been working great the past week. However, today it is not reading her key inputs correctly. It ask her to type 'G' and she types 'G' but ti grades it as incorrect and she cannot progress.

Wait does world 7 level 5 really take 33 crowns to attempt? Like I need to get perfects on levels?

World 6 Level 9

I am stuck on the first exercise on this level. The first 2 pillars to break appear and then after that they stop spawning. The keyboard highlights but even if you type that and finish the level the pig just keeps running. I cannot progress

had previously bought this game through Microsoft and loved it. I learned how to type literally a year ago using free websites, but I had trouble building speed. This game has helped me improve my muscle memory. I think it’s great for the price and totally recommend it.
