A Pokemon Crystal ROMHack. Based off https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal

This ROMhack tries to make Pokemon Cristal a much more enjoyable and less flawed game. Here are the main features to expect from this ROMhack:

• Reworked Pokemon's types, base stats and movepools
• Reworked moves stats, added custom moves and new TMs
• Easier breeding
• Level cap, more difficulty
• More wild Pokemon variety
• Rematchable League and Gym Leaders
• A special fight after Red!
• No trade-based evolutions
• Any TM and most items can be bought
• Two exclusive pokemon
• Move Reminder
