December so far: filming outdoors over an open fire, creamy cauliflower soup that will always warm you up, dreamy and moody landscapes, saffron buns with a twist (literally :)), frosty artwork, my favorite seasonal roasted chicken with lingonberries, and the sun setting as we light up the nights 🕯️

As tradition dictates, all across Scandinavia, soft and pillowy saffron buns ‘lussekatter’ are being enjoyed today. I like to slather some melted butter on the tops after baking before rolling into granulated sugar. With a strong hint of saffron, they’re just divine! Recipe on my site ✨
