This program will display a directory of article headers, one at a time,
and allow you to add the Message-ID to suckothermsgs for forced downloading.

This program, is written in Perl, and requires the Perl:Tk module available from
http://www.perl.com/CPAN/modules/by-module/Tk/tk8XX.XXX.tar.gz
