The build system is now based on CMake. It has been tested on Linux,
Mac OS-X and Windows platforms.  For directions on how to use CMake to
build libLASi, please consult http://www.unifont.org/lasi/.  In particular,
the new build system has the capability of detecting the FreeType version
so the previous split release (1.0.5p1 and 1.0.6) is no longer necessary.
