* Initial upload. Closes: #248948
* The package is lintian-clean and used on a daily basis by three people.
* Resolved license incompatibilities:
- Added permission form JSRS author to use his software under BSD
license.
- Included e-mail with permission to change the license of
ibwebadmin concerning GPL linking exception. The exception is no longer
needed because of the license change of JSRS.
* Included a testpage to check your php installation.
