Active-DVI - A DVI presenter

Active-DVI has been developed by Jun Furuse, Didier Rmy and
Pierre Weis with also contributions by Roberto Di Cosmo, Didier Le Botlan,
Xavier Leroy, and Alan Schmitt.
Active-DVI is based on Mldvi, written by Alexandre Miquel, which
constitutes its core. Mldvi alone is distributed under LGPL license
and is available at http://pauillac.inria.fr/~miquel/.
