  - bootstrap: 
      * Adds copyright to files (see addcopyright.sh)
      * autoreconf -fvi
      * Creates the output of flex and bison for usage on
	 systems that do not have bison and/or flex installed.
	 (make sure YOU have bison and flex installed)
      * make distclean

  - addcopyright.sh:
      called in bootstrap to add copyright to files.
