Commit [e2e400] V1.3.0 Maximize Restore History

[FEATURE] XDD schema validation error output

Adds a callback function for schema validation to the lib API.
Additionally adds a forwarding of errors via messages to the TCL GUI.
Includes documentation for the new functions.
