Not that I can think of. Besides, the download did download and extract some starting files. Copying the wget and dlls I had already downloaded into the getgnuwin32\bin directory and skipping step 1 solved the issue. I can't give you any more information right now because I opened Windows in a Parallels VM (BootCamp) and Microsoft tried to help me fix it now it doesn't boot.
