WinPen++ is a simple but expanding Windows editor for HTML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, Lua and C#. Since it uses the latest technology, WinPen is available for Windows Server 2008 and above. Users without the latest update (SRV2008, SRV2012, Vista, 7) will have to download the Installer for .NET 4.6 from Microsoft (link is in ReadMe.txt).

  • Program doesn't run. Program doesn't give an indication as to why it won't run. Developer needs to clarify whether program is 32 or 64 bit. The Visual WinPen Project page that the link directs interested parties too appears to be a never worked on dead project.
  • I love this little editor, it works great. I like it even more because it's a pupil who wrote this piece. I look forward to the things he will integrate in the future.
