Installation guide for CPAT (version 2.0.0 or later).

Prerequisite:
   * python3.5 or later
   * numpy
   * R
   * pip3

Install CPAT hosted on PyPI, run:

$ pip3 install CPAT

Alternatively, you could download CPAT-VERSION.tar.gz (https://sourceforge.net/projects/rna-cpat/files/?source=navbar) first and then run:

$ pip3 install CPAT-VERSION.tar.gz
