CPAT (version 1.2.4) requires Python2.7. If you have Python3, please download CPAT-2.0.0.tar.gz 

Please install pip2 (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pip) first if you don't have one. 

Then you have two ways to install CPAT.

1) Open a terminal and type:

	pip2 install CPAT

2) or you can download CPAT-1.2.4.tar.gz first and then type:

	pip install CPAT-1.2.4.tar.gz
