fixed broken file type check on custom actions

fixed issue with /etc/mtab not being read properly on some systems

Other

NOTICE: QtFM 6.0.3 and earlier is now EOL and users are encouraged to upgrade to 6.1.x. If you encounter any regressions please report.

NOTICE: Qt4 is now marked as deprecated. QtFM 6.1 will work in Qt4, but future versions (6.2+) will not.

NOTICE: submodules was removed in 6.1, so we will not distribute the tar.xz source anymore, please use the tar.gz supplied by GitHub.

NOTICE: 6.1 introduces several new build options, please review README before upgrading 6.0 from source.
