The file qform-1.1-installer.jar is an automated installation program for
the QueryForm application. It has only been tested on Windows. To run it,
you must first have a Java Virtual Machine installed on your computer (at
least version 1.3). Within a DOS or Unix shell, change to the directory
where the qform-install-1.0.jar is located, and run this command:
java -jar qform-1.1-installer.jar
To run QueryForm, refer to the file INSTRUCTIONS.TXT that will be placed
in the installation directory.
