pinx is a Java application used to monitor network connections. 
It pings specified network addresses every few seconds and displays the results in a GUI. 

pinx is distributed through SourceForge.net under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 (GPLv3). It's source may be downloaded at: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pinxmonitor/

Installation instructions:

1. Unzip file wherever you want to.

2. Open "connections.config" in a text editor and add IP-addresses and descriptions of the connections you want to monitor. Formatting 
has to be as follows:

IP-address1;description1;
IP-address2;description2;
IP-addressn;descriptionn;

3. Compile pinx.java and run.
