Bug fixes

Fix bug where it was not possible to assign/unassign a single repository record to/from tasks
Fix bug where it was not possible to select a team when inviting people to scinote
Fix bug where it was not possible to copy as template and move an experiment
Fix bug where it was not possible to move task/workflow to another experiment
Fix bug where copy of an experiment didn't have a workflow image on experiment card
Lock Wicked PDF version in Gemfile, Gemfile.lock as we are monkey-patching a specific function in the locked version
Remove Creek XLSX parser gem as it caused conflicts
Fix security bug where embedded images in rich text editor of step descriptions were not duplicated when cloning/importing/exporting protocols
Improve server side assets validation display for steps which could prevent old .xls files from being uploaded

Misc

Add EditorConfig preference file
Make protocols.io protocol import preview more responsive for different zoom levels & screen sizes
Update Rails version to 4.2.10
