Known issues:
- no deleting or copying of records (not required)
- some buttons are enabled even if there have no meaning at the moment (edit record in empty table)
- poor error report when there are syntax errors in a template
- if loaded inconsistent list items from file, the report does not show the record ID - but this should not happen if the table is modified only by the program, could happen only if it is modified manually in file
- new message window for every failed attempt (inconsistent data, wrong template), it could write error report to the existing window and not open a new one
- colors of combo box buttons will never change from red/yellow to default when the record is changed from elsewhere (but this should not be possible now)
- wrong panel layout when resizing filter window
- tested only on Windows 7 64bit
- code needs refactoring
