  • I love this tool. It is absolutely indispensable and has saved me countless times! I had to register an account to give it props as it only has one other review atm. Here's how it works: You extract and run Snappy executable. It will say updates are available and click on that. Check the box for Indexes. Click OK to download. Select any drivers to update. If you don't have the file it will download it for you and automate the install process. Click Install to begin. The magic is that for the downloads it runs through bit torrent. Anytime there is an update you can rest assured knowing that you will max out your connection downloading the file. It also does an excellent job of identifying drivers. It's also fantastic because you can keep a USB loaded up with SDI and all drivers. You can then use it in enviroments with no internet access. It's just an all around great tool. It completely fuffils it purpose and does a great job of providing access to and matching up drivers to the system its running on. I highly recommend it!

  • My missing Windows optimization tool! Great piece of software that silently installs all the optimal drivers. Note: not recommended for notice users - it can be easy to mess things up. I installed a driver that Snappy said was optimal for my SteelSeries mouse and it ended up not working. Had to use keyboard controls to get to the Device Manager and uninstall the device, then scan for hardware changes to get it working again.
