Simple release. Updated the versioning from using the date to using the standard major.minor.hotfix nomenclature. Also added a simple -v command line option which will display the program version and exit.

This also collects a series of previous commits which I neglected to release directly (although they were build into the snap.

NOTE:

You don't need to build mkpass to use it. The mkpass.jar file attached to the releases is directly executable. To run it, in a command prompt with java in your path, simply execute java -jar mkpass.jar
