Fix in place for MediaCompanion update checking, but this will not take effect till 3.699b is released.

MC - Fix check for Update, now checks Kodi forum for updated version number.
MC - Revert download of images from Background Tasks as race conditions are present, and unable to correctly handle artwork resizing.
Movie - Fix Batch rescrape if failure to get data from TMDb or IMDb.
Movie - Batch rescrape if no IMDBId, last resort check filename for Id.
Movie - Fix <rating> and <votes> tags not applying from IMDb only scraping.
Movie - Fix Change Movie if TMDB and enabled AllowAdultSearch.
Movie - Fix new format ratings, not storing value correctly.
MusicVideo - Fixes in retrieving data from Wikipedia.
MusicVideo - Code fixing for Wiki pages.
TV - Fixed artwork downloading not obeying image sizing options.
