- Fixed error connection for update and boxart on win XP
- Updated MetroMed to accept -port and -console as passed parameters to MedPad
- Included missing boxart image inside the exe to prevent problems
This fix is only a update, it require a full MedGuiR package. EXTRACT AND OVERWRITE INTO MEDGUI REBORN MAIN PATH
