To Install:
 1. Unpack this software package into the /opt/osgc directory:
      mkdir -p /opt/osgc
      cd /opt/osgc
      tar xvzf /path/to/file/osgc-<version>.tgz
 2. Run [as root] the catalogue setup/update script and follow the instructions
    on the screen
      /opt/osgc/app/install
