cTAKES 2.0 includes dictionaries built from the UMLS Metathesaurus 
(SNOMED CT® and RxNorm)

If you choose to use those dictionaries, you must have a UMLS username
and password, and an internet connection.

The following are included from the UMLS Metathesaurus:

  NCI Thesaurus             http://ncit.nci.nih.gov/
  Medical Subject Headings  http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/
  RxNorm                    http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/rxnorm/
