- Microsoft Kinect Beta SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27876, see http://kinectforwindows.org/ for info on the new Kinect for Windows hardware and SDK)
- OpenTK C# bindings for OpenGL (http://www.opentk.com/)
- OpenAL (http://connect.creativelabs.com/openal/Downloads/Forms/AllItems.aspx)
- Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual C# Express

- Microsoft Kinect Speech SDKs 
	(as mentioned in http://kinectforwindows.org/download/readme.htm; be aware that
	if your platform is 64 bit __YOU MUST__ install __BOTH__ the 32 bit __AND__ 64 bit Speech platform
	runtime as mentioned on the site).  Install all three items listed on the Kinect for Windows readme site.

Open the TestOpenTK2.sln file at the root of the project.  
From there you can build and run.  

==============Playing Instructions==============
Keyboard: 
Arrow keys: rotate / tilt plane
Page up / down: throttle up / down
Number keys 1-5: Different camera modes
T Key: Toon shading toggle
F Key: Fog toggle

Kinect: 
Tilt both arms: Roll plane
Raise arms: Nose down
Lower arms: Nose up
Get closer / farther from Kinect: Adjust throttle

Say a command (standard, fixed, first person, wide, doppler, fog, toon) to change environment / camera
